The seller was represented in the transaction by Andrew Merin, Gary Gabriel, David Bernhaut andBrianWhitmer of Cushman & Wakefield’s Met- ropolitan Area Capital Markets Group (CMG). Buyer China Construction was represented by Geoff Schubert and Dorothy Chuang of CBRE . n CHERRY HILL, NJ – In- dustrial Investments, Inc. has signed a long term lease for a total of 54,750 s/f of industrial space at its newly renovated 11 Perina Blvd. property with Stephen Gould Corp.
