Bespoke designs are created for every project from small domestic to large commercial applications, with in-house designers using the latest technology to generate room-by-room calculations. Full colour underfloor layout drawings and system schematics provide precise and accurate detail, reducing installation queries and downtime, and ensuring compliance with EN12831 heat-loss calculations. Design expertise and knowledge ensures all systems provided are fit for purpose and exceed customers’ expectations. Large warehouse facilities enable the business to purchase in bulk and offer the keenest prices on the market, with comprehensive stocks ensuring materials can be on site within 24 hours of ordering. Experienced technical engineers provide ongoing in-house and on-site training and support for all installations, with three full- time engineers available for callouts within 24-48 hours. DAIKIN SUSTAINABLE HOME CENTRE Floortherm’s Newry headquarters include a training facility offering free installer courses for Daikin products delivered across the three levels of basic, advanced and service partner. The facility is officially recognised as a Daikin Sustainable Home Centre, the only one of its kind in Northern Ireland. The training facility features a range of demo units, allowing installers to get hands-on experience with its high-quality products.

VENT AXIA Vent Axia’s mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) range has been a mainstay of Floortherm’s product portfolio since the company was founded in 2013, and it offers free installer courses. Specifying an MVHR unit which boasts low energy usage and high thermal efficiency is key to reducing a home’s carbon emissions. Known for its reliability and functionality, Vent Axia’s range offers the flexibility to meet the demands of domestic properties of all sizes. With flowrates ranging from 40l/s to 120l/s and thermal efficiency up to 93%, the capabilities of the Vent Axia are unlikely to be matched by another manufacturer. The unit incorporates a polymer heat exchanger that tempers the incoming air before it is delivered to habitable rooms. It can be controlled to boost speed when moisture is being generated by bathing or cooking either manually by switches or automatically using sensors.
