Based in Ft Lauderdale, Florida, Dimension is a third party approved manager for Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and IHG branded hotels with a portfolio of nearly 80 hotels. The “ Dimension Difference ” – unlike traditional MIT (Manager in Training) programs, we offer a Leader in Training platform. At Dimension, we believe managers do things great, while leaders do great things! A meticulously designed 6-8 month, paid rotational training program. Opportunities within Operations, Sales, Food & Beverage, Revenue Management & Digital Marketing disciplines. No experience needed - based on Talent, Attitude, and Potential Leader in Training Program

Leader in Training Program

Timeframe to Start: Late Spring / Early Summer

Duration: 6-8 months (based on experience)

Hotel Locations: Various Top U.S. Cities

Requirements: College Degree

Responsibilities: Work 40 Hours/Week
