Construction is finished on the ground floor and mezzanine spaces of the FireWorx Co- Working project. Tenants will be able to lease a variety of office and desk options. The owners have plans to put a coffee shop tenant in the northwest corner of the building, which will have an external door as well as a window for the co-working tenants to access. Jaco General Contractor is working on the space and has also leased the second floor of the building as their offices.
