Directions: Peel and coarsely chop the garlic and half onion. Add it to the food processor along with the fish and blend it. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add dill and the zest of half a lemon. Add a small egg and about 3 tablespoons flour, you can add some more flour if the mixture is very sticky.
