Technical Team
Take-off and Standard Detailing Using AutoCAD and other electronic design tools, Charcon can produce detailed design drawings showing laying patterns, edge restraints, section designs and quantities required. All design and installation work is done in accordance with the relevant British Standard and Interpave documentation. Bespoke Product Design Charcon has a long history of being a manufacturer that customers can come to when they want to do something new and innovative. The Technical team sits at the heart of this process carrying out the design work while coordinating with other internal functions such as production, sales, marketing and factory management to deliver the customer’s vision.
For many years the Charcon Technical teams have been working with architects, contractors, clients and local authorities, to support the design process, incorporating best practice for design and installation as detailed in BS 7533 to produce cost effective and highly aesthetic landscaping products.

Product Proposals Our Technical team also produces Product Proposals. These documents and their content are tailor-made for each individual project allowing the customer to see exactly the materials we are proposing and the technical information relating to it. Sample Service On larger scale projects, we can offer full size site sample panels along with scale models laid to design and standard sample boards to illustrate the final product appearance once installed. Anything over 20kg is a two man lift. Good manual handling practices should be adhered to at all times.
