Looking out for each other doesn’t have to be a daunting task. The next time you see a friend, ask how they’re doing and include questions like, “how are you doing today ? ” which can open the door to deeper conversation and encourage them to get some of that stress off their chest. If they decide to open up, don’t worry about providing a perfect solution; sometimes, just listening makes a world of difference. Your care and comfort may even allow them to discover some solutions.
