AQUA FIT -An amazing low impact head to toe workout for ALL fitness levels. This class emphasizes cardiovascular strength, range of motion flexibility and core strength. Water aerobics reduces joint stress. BALANCE MAT YOGA - Breathe and quiet the mind, as you move through poses that support increased balance, steadiness, and mind-body connection. BALANCE STABILTY & FLEXABILITY - The focus is on improving balance which is so very important. Small weights are used, stretchy bands and little balls for part of the class. All levels are welcome. Only fun music is used! BARRE EXPRESS - This barre-free class will include the use of light hand weights, small balls, a mat and sliding fabric. Expect to improve balance, flexibility, and core strength just in a shorter amount of time! BARRE FUSION - Low-impact, total body workout inspired by Ballet. A unique approach to barre training with cardio bursts and signature fuses. Class offers all the benefits of rhythmic movement, high repetition strength work and athletic dance moves in a fun way. BODY CHALLENGE - Challenge your entire body using a variety of equipment. Mix in some short heart-pumping cardio intervals and you have got the perfect combination to get results. Each class will be different, come join the fun! CARDIO CORE - "Cardio Core" fitness class is a high-energy workout that combines intense cardiovascular exercises with targeted core strengthening movements, aiming to improve both your aerobic endurance and abdominal stability, resulting in a full-body workout that tones muscles and enhances overall fitness.

CYCLING - Classes focus on building endurance, strength, high intensity, fat/calorie burning, and muscle building. Instructors will take you through hills, intervals, and valleys along the way. A water bottle is mandatory, and a towel is highly recommended.

CYCLE 101 - Learn the basics of cycling, and a much slower pace! All levels welcome!

CARDIO DRUMMING - Classes combine cardio exercise to the beat of music in an easy yet effective workout. A fun and fast paced way to get your heart rate elevated, build muscle strength and burn a ton of calories! Drumming also improves balance of blood pressure, improves hand eye coordination, cognitive function, mood, and overall well-being. CORE POWER - Combining the intensity of strength training and the core training of Pilates. This class is designed to build core muscle groups, improve posture, while using your own body weight and a combination of equipment. You will be challenged by a mix of dynamic core and stabilizing exercises. CHAIR YOGA - All the benefits of yoga, but from the comfort of your own chair! Strengthen your body from head to toe. Gently improve flexibility and balance, as well as build a greater mind-body awareness. CHAIR DANCE -Have fun while learning choreographed exercise moves to music that you know and love. A blend of slow and moderately paced dances that anyone can do! The dances are performed while standing and seated. Songs include all genres. Dances are great for the mind/body connection. Dancing is also a recommended activity that helps memory.
