DANCE PARTY - Dance Party. This former Zumba instructor teaches the class with pop music, retro music, country music and Latin music. The choreography is not complicated, and you do not need to be a dancer to have fun. All levels are welcome. GOLDEN FIT - Combines cardio, strength training and balance exercises to facilitate your wellness journey. Workouts are adaptable to ALL levels. PILATES - This muscle-sculpting, core-firming class will keep your body and mind engaged while performing both standing and mat-based movements. This class will flow from one movement to the next so expect to torch some calories. Small or large balls, light and medium weights, bands and a mat will be used to enhance the workout. Barefoot is recommended, but grip works or shoes are also
YOGA MOBILITY & FOAM ROLLING - Enhance flexibility, relieve tension, and promote overall wellbeing. Gentle warm up that eases into some dynamic and static stretching and ends with foam rolling to release tension and leave the body feeling relaxed and recovered.
YOGA 101 - Learn the basics of Yoga, and at a slower speed, all levels welcome!
WEIGHTS & MORE - Full body weights workout. Classes challenge major muscle groups while building strong lean muscle mass, to improve bone density and support healthy daily activity.
ZUMBA -Combining all elements of fitness and Latin inspired dance! All levels welcome.
ZUMBA CHAIR - Utilizing the fun rhythms of the Zumba Gold program, this gentle class takes place entirely in a seat and is specially designed for participants who are experiencing physical limitations, or just want a moderate exercise class. This class is fully modified for low/no impact moves, including a section with light and fluid Zumba toning weights. Focus is on range of motion, flexibility, coordination, strength, and fun!

PIYO - Low-impact fitness class that combines yoga, Pilates, strength training, and sports stretches. It's designed to improve core strength, balance, flexibility, stability, and posture. PiYo classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. SOUL FUSION- Creative blend of yoga, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, bodyweight and weighted strength training exercises all set to fun music. Modifications for ALL fitness levels. SOUL STRENGTH - Creative blend of resistance, cardio conditioning, mobility, and core strength exercises all set to fun music. ALL fitness levels welcome.
