Compliance Corner Summer is Fast Approaching!
Design Review Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to submit an Architectural Review Form for my project? A: Any project that can be seen from the outside of the home, including but not limited to landscaping, changing a paint color, installing a pool, casitas, driveway renovations, fencing, doors, etc. must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee. Forms can be located on cortebella.net or by stopping in the HOA Office during business hours. Any “like for like” project, such as repainting your home or garage door the existing color, repairing or replacing your roof with the existing tile, or removing and replacing a plant with the same plant, do not need to be submitted. Q: Can I fly my favorite sports team’s flag in my yard? A: Per the Architectural Design Guidelines, the temporary display of sport flags is permitted on the day of the game only.
Many Corte Bella Residents travel elsewhere for the season. If this applies to you, please ensure you have a plan in place to take care of your home and yard during this time. Each homeowner is responsible for maintaining their property within the compliance guidelines, even when they are away. With increased sun comes faded paint. Be sure to check the paint on your house and garage doors annually and address any faded areas appropriately.
