Production Process
Inspired by the 'Lean Thinking' philosophy, MAK focuses on reducing waste, improving internal processes and constantly striving for efficiency and production quality through synergy and teamwork.
With a production made in our Italian factory and in other factories in Asia (Taiwan, China and Thailand), MAK is able to offer to our distributors a complete range of products designed and engineered in Italy following the highest quality standards, according to the most severe homologation rules (ECE, KBA TÜV, NAD Standards).
The Italian production is one of our best “strenghtness” in combination with a great production-flexibility and extremely fast deliveries too.
Painting Plant
In 2022 MAK inaugurated its new 6.200 m2 painting plant.
Belonging to the Industry 4.0 class, it was designed and built following the latest technologies that enable complex analyses through Big Data and real-time adaptations of Production. The highly automated plant ensures higher quality and better control and capacity of the production chain with greater continuity over time. The issue of environmental sustainability is one of the challenges for the company, which is investing in the use of alternative energies, the recovery of production waste and the optimization of logistics. Finally, the Research & Development department is constantly striving to improve the production process in order to guarantee the end consumer a product of high and ever better quality.

Constant and intensive efforts in homologation, testing and quality control ensure that the MAK range is always up-to-date. All MAK wheels have specific homologations based on the regulations of the country of reference such as ECE, NAD, TÜV KBA, VIA, with the purpose to guarantee the highest quality and safety requirements.
