WELCOME BACK TASSIE!

BLUELINE LAUNDRY Highest standards for laundry operations
T he past few months have seen unique times for all Tasmanians and Tasmanian businesses as together we face the challenges of Covid-19. We have transitioned from “Stay at Home” directions and the closing of businesses to the easing of restrictions. As a state we are in a fortunate and enviable position. This has only been achieved by people working together, following health advice and being vigilant. We as individuals and businesses have had to adapt and overcome, changing the way we live and conduct our business. However, the threat of COVID-19 is still very real as has been evidenced by the recent unfortunate events in Victoria. Now is not the time to become complacent, the virus can only move with people and contact with people. People can still come into the state under very strict conditions and there is always the risk of asymptomatic carriers. Being vigilant and following the current heath advice should still be at the forefront of our business activities. This means staying up to date with the current Public Heath restrictions and advice provided at coronavirus.tas.gov.au . Current Public Health directions place obligations on the owner or operator of a premise with respect to managing the risk of Covid-19. This includes: • Implementing and adhering to a Covid-19 Safety Plan in respect to cleaning and hygiene practices; • Ensuring good hand hygiene by staff and patrons; • Ensuring patrons are practicing physical distancing of 1.5 metres; • Knowing and complying with the maximum density limit of your premises;
