Atlanta, Georgia based Graphic Packaging International announced that it is planning to close its manufacturing plant in northeast Indiana. In a notice to the state, Graphic Packaging International LLC said the closure will affect 70 employees. The plant manufactures folding cartons for food and consumer products.
