EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The University of Lincoln is a high-achieving centre of academic excellence which has been recognised nationally and internationally. It is an ambitious, fast-paced dynamic organisation with multiple stakeholders which strives always to improve the student and staff experience and engagement with the wider Lincoln community. The Estates Department comprises a high perform- ing team of estate professionals that continues to manage and develop a high-quality estate to sup- port the ambitions and strategy of the University. The University has an ongoing commitment to in- vest in its Estate and is currently developing a new estates strategy and campus masterplans under the direction and leadership of a newly appointed Director of Estates. The Deputy Director of Estates has direct responsi- bility for a diverse range of central functions within the Estates department. This includes finances and budgeting, statutory compliance, property man- agement, systems, business support and Rise- holme Park Farm. In addition, the Deputy Director of Estates deputises and supports the Director of Estates in the strategic leadership and effective management of the Estates Department. The role represents a fantastic opportunity for an individual to step into a senior, strategic estates leadership role within a supportive and positive en- vironment, with a University that has a diverse es- tate and bold ambitions.
