As she shared her love of the products with others, her business quickly began to grow. But for Violeta, the monthly checks were not the most rewarding part of her business. “I love it when my friends tell me how much they enjoy the way they feel and look thanks to their Melaleuca products,” Violeta says. “My most favorite moment was when my only sister told me that she loves the products. That meant so much to me.” Violeta credits much of her success to her passion for the products and the Melaleuca mission statement. “I’m not an expert in the Compensation Plan,” she says. “I just believe in what I am doing and love sharing Melaleuca with others. When you genuinely care about others, you want to share Melaleuca with them—it’s not work.” Violeta recognizes the importance of relationships in building a Melaleuca business. “I love talking to others,” she explains. “Before I start a conversation about Melaleuca, I try to figure out what is most important for that person. Then I let them know about the Melaleuca product that will help them reach that goal.” Violeta believes that once you have something that can help others, it’s important to share it. “I really believe that I have a mission to let others know about Melaleuca,” Violeta says. “Through Melaleuca we can all be healthier, happier, and more financially independent. You just have believe it, and of course, work for it.”

ACHIEVEMENT LEADERS The European Achievement Leaders are those businesses with the highest contribution index. The contribution index is the product of the net increase in their Organisational Preferred Customers during the prior 60 days, multiplied by the number of each leader’s personally enroled Directors, plus their number of personally enroled customers. Membership of this elite group is reviewed bi-monthly. In order to be recognised as a member of this team, leaders must submit a picture to Melaleuca.

When Violeta was first introduced to Melaleuca, she was immediately impressed by the products, “I had searched a long time for products that were both high quality and safe,” she says. “So when I saw what Melaleuca offered, I couldn’t wait to use them in my home!” Violetta was not disappointed. “They exceeded all my expectations,” she says. “They made it a real pleasure to clean. I loved the natural fragrance and the fact that I didn’t need to wear gloves. And the value was truly amazing.” While Violeta enrolled for the products, she quickly realized Melaleuca was something she couldn’t just keep to herself. “My main goal was never to make money,” Violeta explains. “But I realized I had an incredible desire to share the products with everyone I know. Everyone could benefit from Melaleuca products, and they were a better value than the products they were already using.”
