Our Graduate scheme offers you
Rotations In the Finance Scheme you’ll rotate through a series of placements across 2 Sisters Food Group, these may be based at one site or multiple locations across the UK. In the Engineering Scheme you’ll rotate through a series of placements in our Poultry division but will be based solely at one of our production sites.
Your role As well as getting lots of responsibility in your day-to- day role, we’ll help you explore the whole of the business, from visiting manufacturing sites, to collaborating with other functions.
Qualifications We will fully support you to gain new skills, knowledge and competencies and will fund a qualification for you during your time on our Graduate Programme which will be linked to your role.
