Eligibility criteria
• For our Engineering Graduate Scheme , and as part of our move to drive change, increase social mobility and diversity, we are changing our entry criteria for Engineering graduate roles. From 2023 you will no longer need a 2:1 degree classification to apply, a minimum 2.2 degree in Engineering will be required
• For our Finance Graduate Scheme , you will need a 2.1 minimum degree in any discipline
• For both schemes you will need to have graduated within the last 3 years
• You will need a real passion for all things food and Engineering/Finance!
