Our recruitment process
• First Stage : Upon reviewing your CV and personal statement and if you are shortlisted, we will contact you and ask you to undertake a short video screening interview. This will be one-way whereby we send you some questions and you pre-record your responses.
• Second Stage: If you’re shortlisted from the video screening, we will contact you and ask you to undertake a pre -telephone screening interview.
• Third Stage : If you’re successful from the pre - telephone screening interview we’ll invite you to attend a site tour at the production site where the role will be based so you can view the environment which you will be working in.
• Fourth Stage : If you are comfortable with the environment of the production site, we will invite you to undertake some online assessments.
• Fifth and Final Stage : Upon reviewing the results of your online assessments, we invite the highest scoring candidates across all criteria to our assessment centres. If you are successful at the assessment centre, we will offer you a place on our Graduate Scheme which will commence in September of the same year.
