Limoges tient son exposition d’artisanat

Photo fournie

A boost to the local construction trade could be the result of approval of 80 units in Russell township’s current water-sewer service allotment. “It’s a good news story,” said Coun. Calvin Pol, acting mayor for Russell Township. As part of its last o!cial acts in November, the outgoing council approved recommendations from admi- nistration and the township’s planning and infrastructure department for allo- cation of 80 units of water/sewer service units in the Village of Embrun. Most of the applications involve small-scale de- velopment projects dealing with one or more apartment additions to an existing residential structure. But two of the appli- cations are for multi-unit apartment buil- ding projects, with commercial additions, on Notre-Dame Street. Financial bene"t to the township from the approvals will come through annual user fees plus the one-time connection and building per- mit fees. Water unit approvals
