BEST TROPHY: 97 points
Judges Comments A powerful and perfect expression of the varietal. The expansive flavours of toasty oak, apricots, peaches and ginger flowers are connected with a palate that is juicy and rich. Very clever winemaking that draws on texture whilst retaining good freshness and primary fruit flavours. Currently the best white wine in Asia.

SILVER MEDAL: 90 points
Judges Comments A classic expression of Sauvignon Blanc that is loaded with flavours of asparagus, gooseberries, snow peas and lime. Clean and refreshing on the palate whist offering a chalky phenolic finish giving it an extended length. Certainly a greener style which some may steer away from but this style of wine still has its place in the world.
