Instructions for: Cutting board Polymer
1. You will need a red polymer rubber pad to press this Polymer Cutting board (available at JG Electronics).
2. Set the heat press to 190°C and 4min. Preheat the rubber pad (Polymer Pad) for 4min in the heat press.
3. Print your design in mirror image on a sublimation printer with Sublimation ink and paper.
4. Let the print face one of the two printable sides of the cutting board and secure it with heat tape.
5. Place the cutting board under the heated rubber Polymer pad on the press, the print must be on top. Press for 4 Minutes.
6. When time is up, remove the cutting board from the press and remove the print. Let it cool down completely.
7. You will notice that it is bending slightly at this stage. Place it on a cold surface, like tiles to cool down completely.
8. Apply the second print to the opposite side of the cutting board now. Don’t worry about the bend at this stage.
9. Heat your rubber pad again. And follow the steps above to press the other side the same way. Press for 4min again.
10. When done, remove the cutting board from the heat press and remove the print.
11. Place immediately on a cold surface with something heavy on top like a big book, so that it will stay flat. It will be completely flat after it is cooled down
