VIO to open first location at Bergen Town Center in Paramus Jeffery Realty selected as real estate broker for Vio Med Spa area representative in Northern NJ
ORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ — Jeffery Realty has been selected as the real estate broker for the area representatives of VIO Med Spa in northern New Jersey. The company’s first location in the state is sched- uled to open in January 2023. The VIO franchisee partner- ship group, formed by Niraj and Bansari Shah, has an area development agreement for the exclusive rights to locate the VIO franchise at commercial retail sanctuary that is Bergen Town Center in Paramus, NJ. Jeffery Realty procured a long-term lease with the VIO franchise at this much sought after shopping center. William Farkas and Matt Brower of Jeffery Realty con- tinue to represent the Shahs in site selection. The Shahs have the ex- clusive rights to open mul- tiple VIO franchise locations throughout northern New Jersey. Niraj Shah has been in investment banking while Bansari Shah, his wife and partner, is a former multi-unit franchisee of the European Wax Center.
Another New Jersey VIO franchisee partnership also recently announced plans to launch VIO franchise loca- tions in central, southern New Jersey and in the Philadelphia market. VIO, headquartered in Strongsville, Ohio, is a nation- al, all-inclusive med spa of- fering the latest cutting-edge technologies and therapies in the wellness and aesthetics in- dustry. VIO currently has 18 locations across nine states, with 32 additional locations scheduled to open by the end of 2023. ‘We are thrilled to represent VIO Med Spa and offer its services for the first time in New Jersey, “said Niraj Shah.
