Multi-Housing News selected Morgan Properties for its Top Property Management Firm and Top Owner lists, earn- ing spots #6 and #7 respec- tively. The company was also one of two finalists for the Institute of Real Estate Management’s (IREM) Real Estate Management Excellence Awards.
