Dominic joined MRG in 2010 and has risen from Senior Consultant to Associate Director. He specialises in Residential Development across Kent, East Anglia, London and the Northern Home Counties and is based at the City office in Monument. He started his career in recruitment in 2005 with a small independent, and then spent a further 3.5 years in the London office of a specialist construction recruitment business. Prior to this, Dominic worked in the construction industry for a specialist Sub Contractor in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Dominic has experience of both permanent and freelance positions and has recently placed candidates in roles from junior management through to board appointments across various disciplines including Production, Land and Technical/Design.
