We are unlike most other recruiters you will come across, we are a specialist management recruiter, a hybrid between an Executive Search business and a recruitment agency. The benefit to our clients is that we can offer choice. We look for solutions rather than sell a specific service - be it search, permanent campaigns, freelance, or a bespoke campaign that uses different elements of each. We focus on managerial, technical and first board appointments working in vertical niche markets. These specialisms have been developed over 25 years by our Directors and they match and mirror exactly what our clients do. This means you have the benefit of talking to someone who really knows what they are talking about.

Our Board is made up of industry leaders. They have successful track records building specialist recruitment businesses. Our Business Sector Directors, who form our Management Board, are also your Account Directors and are some of the best specialists in the market. Our recruiters are also different. They have an average of 10 years’ recruitment experience and the average age is 35. We call it senior level recruitment by senior level recruiters.
