FITNESS All fitness center guests must be at least 16 years of age. Proper athletic attire and footwear must be worn at all times in the fitness center for the safety of the guests. SPA GROUPS Let Spa by JW cater to your group needs, whether on site at our beautiful spa or by having our team come to your meeting space! From corporate events and spa-themed meeting breaks to bachelorette parties, we work with you to create a memorable experience. SALON BY JW Nestled on the 3rd floor of Spa by JW, The Salon by JW offers something for everyone. It is a full-service beauty salon offering a variety of manicures, pedicures, makeup, and a full compliment of hair services from color, cut, and styling to wedding or special event services. The Salon’s highly experienced and licensed professionals will make you feel and look beautiful. SPA BOUTIQUE The Spa by JW Boutique is located on the 2nd floor near the hotel lobby. We are a place of beauty and wellness, with a goal of enhancing your mind and body. The boutique sells Gift Cards and features a variety of high quality products for all of your face and body needs, as well as gift items, to extend your spa experience at home. Product lines include Tara Spa Therapy, Eminence Organic Skin Care, Dr. Babor, Coola Suncare, Pure Fiji, Moroccan Oil, Beyond Yoga, Barefoot Dreams, NuFace, Hyperice, Lili Pulitzer, Be-The-Light Malas, On-the Green, among others. SPA DAY PASSES Day passes grant access to the fitness center, spa steam room, sauna, experience showers and locker rooms. Access to lockers based on availability. (Local Guests $90, Resort Guests $60). SPA FACILITIES Towels, slippers, toiletries, shower cap and required amenities will be provided for use during your visit. The minimum age of 18 is required for access to the spa and locker rooms areas.

SPA ETIQUETTE In order to ensure all of our guests enjoy a relaxing experience, please respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Please refrain from using mobile devices and taking photos in the spa areas. GRATUITY For your convenience, we customarily add a 20% Operation Charge to your bill at the end of your visit. Additional gratuities may be offered at your discretion. If you have any questions, please speak with a Spa Curator. CANCELLATION POLICY As a courtesy to other guests, we strictly adhere to the cancellation policy. Any treatment canceled less than 24 hours prior to appointment will be charged for the full service. Any appointments rescheduled within 24- hours will result in a $25 move fee. HYDRO-THERMAL CIRCUIT Spa by JW guests begin their journey through the circuit with a cool, refreshing experience shower. The shower is followed by a relaxing visit to the sauna. Traditionally designed with wood- paneled walls and benches, the sauna provides a high temperature, low humidity environment ideal for relaxing the muscles, boosting circulation, and improving the immune system. Following the sauna, guests cool down with a cold shower or body scrub with ice. The ice fountain provides an abundant source of flaked ice for scrubbing down the body, simulating the Finnish tradition of rolling in snow after a thermal treatment. This drastic change in body temperature tightens skin, improves the immune system, reduces blood pressure, and increases circulation. A rest and relaxation period follows the cool down. Many guests choose to enjoy an additional therapeutic treatment while others choose to rest in the relaxation lounge as their bodies recover from the thermal experiences. The circuit ends with an experience shower that incorporates soothing aromas, choreographed lighting, and various water deliveries and temperatures for a multi- sensory experience. The pre-programmed experiences will take guests through an invigorating and refreshing shower. Alert and refreshed after the cool shower, guests will proceed to the steam room where they will be greeted with a warm, steamy fog. A southing steam is supplied into the room with steam and periodic bursts of soothing aromas. The intensive warmth and wetness of a steam room relaxes the muscles, reduces joint pain, and detoxifies the skin. A rest and relaxation period follows the cool down. Many guests choose to enjoy an additional therapeutic treatment while others choose to rest in the relaxation lounge as their bodies recover from the thermal experiences. The circuit ends with an experience shower. Spa by JW is staffed by fully trained and knowledgeable consultants to further your therapeutic journey. Additional amenities, couple’s experiences, and treatments are available. ARRIVAL TIME Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus decreasing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your service will end on time, so the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
