The Southern Connecticut Conference Branford athletic teams compete in the Southern Connecticut Conference (SCC). The conference is home to 23 member schools, located in southern and central Connecticut. The league is highly competitive and supports the whole student. Through leadership development activities on and off the field, captains attend a “Captain's Council” to build leadership capacity in students and allow for them to connect and network. This year’s area of focus was student mental health.
