Transactions highlight continued demand for credit-tenant and warehouse assets in PA and NJ Durkin of Roddy Inc. completes $35 Million+ in industrial sales & leases during first half of 2026

ENSALEM, PA — During the first six months of 2026, Sean Durkin of Roddy Inc. , the Bensalem, PA industrial and commercial real estate bro- kerage firm, completed more than $35 million in industrial sale and lease transactions throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. B

Among the assignments was the $12.121 million sale of a 169,846 s/f, five-building indus - trial portfolio, fully occupied by Ferguson, to B&D Holdings. Durkin also coordinated the separate sales of Ferguson- occupied industrial facilities in Allentown, Pennsylvania and Wildwood, New Jersey to indi- vidual investors, underscoring continued demand for indus- trial assets leased to national credit tenants. Durkin also represented ownership in the $14.3 mil- lion sale of the 109,614 s/f industrial facility located at 1813 Underwood Boulevard in Delran, New Jersey, as well as the sale of a two-building industrial portfolio in Telford and Lansdale, Pennsylvania for an aggregate consideration of approximately $1.79 million. On the leasing side, Dur - kin negotiated the long-term lease of 78 Cabot Boulevard, carrying aggregate rental payments of $4.5 million, and represented biotechnology company FairyGene in its lease of 130 Wharton Road in Bristol, Pennsylvania. Collectively, the transac - tions demonstrate continued investor demand for indus- trial investment properties, credit-tenant assets, and well- located warehouse facilities throughout the Greater Phila - delphia and Southern New Jersey industrial markets.
