CBRE represented the seller and procured the buyer Linlo Props. acquires 91,306 s/f office building in Camp Hill, PA
AMP HILL, PA — Linlo Properties has successfully acquired the seven-story, 91,306 s/f office building located at 214 Senate Ave. in Camp Hill. Situated on 4.44 acres in the heart of the Camp Hill Busi - ness District, the property benefits from its prime location bordering Rte. 15 Bypass and adjacent to Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital. Currently, the West Shore Office Center boasts 100% occupancy, featur- ing a prestigious tenant roster that includes Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, JEM Group, Hersha Hospitality, and the Army Corp. of Engineers. “We’re excited to welcome the tenants at West Shore Office Center to the Linlo portfolio,” said Lowell Gates , president & CEO at Linlo Properties. “Our in-house team will be involved in this building day to day, the same way we are across the rest of our properties. CBRE ultimately selected Linlo Properties as the buyer. The decision was influenced by CBRE’s successful prior dealings with Linlo and its extensive knowledge of the surrounding office market. Linlo submitted its initial offer when the property was 80% occupied; the sale was then temporarily put on hold while ownership secured a new ten- ant, bringing occupancy to its current 100%.
