Investment augments Lehigh Valley healthcare infrastructure New Eastwood Rehab & Healthcare Grand re-opening celebrates multi-million-dollar reno.
ASTON, PA — New Eastwood Rehab & Healthcare Center in Easton marked the completion of a comprehensive moderniza- tion with a Grand Reopening in June. Located at 2125 Fair - view Ave., the skilled nursing center has a long history of serving the regional commu- nity, providing post-hospital care, short-term rehab and long-term residential care. Invited guests joined leader- ship of New Eastwood and Marquis Health Consulting Services at the invitation- only professional open house, including members of the cen- ter’s care team, local dignitar - ies, and healthcare leaders and colleagues. The Open House featured a ribbon-cutting cer- emony with VIP participants including Wilson Borough Mayor Donald Barrett and Linda Grass, president of St. Luke’s Easton. Guests enjoyed tours of the renovated cam- pus, as well as refreshments and entertainment. A highlight of the modern- ization is its renovated rehab therapy gym, featuring state- of-the-art equipment and other technology to support the delivery of progressive rehab services. A spacious activities of daily living (ADL) suite mimics a home environment with a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom – enabling patients the opportunity to regain skills before returning home.
