Absentee Bidding Options 1. PLACE YOUR BIDS Place a bid any time ahead of sale day by calling Rick 402-760-1274, Joe 605-830-2210, or Rachael 605-830-2313. There is 100% satisfaction guaranteed on all bulls purchased sight unseen. To provide adequate time to assist you, please call us before sale day!
2. WATCH AND BID ONLINE AT DVAUCTIONS The auction will be broadcasted online at DVAUCTIONS.COM, and the pre-recorded videos will also be available there. Online Bidding: Create an account at www.DVAuction.com under the “Register” tab. You then need to apply for bidding approval by clicking on the “details” tab AT LEAST 24 hours prior to the sale. Once approved, a DV representative will notify you that you are good to bid. Please ensure
that you have high speed internet prior to the sale, as once the sale starts there may be lags in the system. Proxy-bidding is another available option for those who are unable to be available during the sale. This allows the DVA system to represent your bid while you’re away. Look for the “proxy bid” tab on the auction listing, and fill in your maximum bids on each lot. DVA will handle the rest! Any questions regarding bidding please contact the DV office at 402-316-5460.
Delivery Options
Delivery Pricing: We will continue to offer free delivery to CENTRAL POINTS in Wyoming and Montana. For all other states, delivery will be charged per head based on the pricing outlined on the map above. Delivery charges will be added to each invoice at billing unless you plan to load out within 7 days of the sale. Central Points: Deliveries will be organized to central points within the state. Loads are sometimes delivered by
semi-truck and require central drop-off points along their route. Central points include livestock auction barns, vet clinics and other locations as determined by the driver. Delivery is expected to begin three days after the sale. We will call to let you know ahead of time when we plan to deliver to your area; and will do our best to work with you and your schedule!
Volume Purchases: Free delivery on purchases over 5 head or over $20,000.
