leaders to facilitate hybrid meetings while being aware, intentional and informed on managing teams in hybrid environments.

OUR CHALLENGE

When Habitat for Humanity International switched rapidly to a “remote first” organization during the pandemic, we did not have the time or resources to develop new, effective ways of working and communicating across a primarily virtual workplace.  We’ve used virtual meetings as a primary method of staying in touch  Updated each other on project progress through any means necessary
