TOUR OPERATOR INCENTIVE PROGRAM This program is designed to encourage tour operators to report groups overnighting in OKC before arrival.
To be eligible for incentives, operators must report the following information two weeks prior to the group's arrival by completing the tour operator incentive form or by emailing traveltrade@visitokc.com the information below.
• Tour company name and date of arrival • Number of people in group, including tour guide and driver • Number of rooms booked, and number of nights stayed • Name of hotel and address • Tour guide’s name and contact information
• Select how the incentive will be distributed: » Mailed to tour operator office » Deliver to hotel upon arrival • Select incentive from below: » $50 hotel gift card » $50 Gift Card » $50 Uber Voucher

Beginning July 1st, the $500 incentive will be awarded annually in alignment with Visit Oklahoma City’s fiscal year. STEP ON GUIDE These companies provide step-on service for Oklahoma City and the State of Oklahoma.
