UNK SCHOLARSHIPS FOR CURRENT STUDENTS APPLY IN MYBLUE Each year during the month of February, any current UNK student can apply for more than 600 scholarships by submitting a Current Student Scholarship application. You will fill out one application that will then submit you to every UNK scholarship that you qualify for. The application is found on your Scholarship Manager, which can be accessed through your MyBLUE account starting February. Some scholarships are college and program specific and offer amounts vary. The Current Student Scholarship opens February 1st and closes March 1st of every year. Scholarship winners will be announced annually at the beginning of May. FALL JOB FAIR: Looking to secure a part-time job this fall semester? Join us for the Fall Job Fair, where employers wanting to hire students will be on-campus. This event will be held on September 5th in the Ponderosa Room, located in the Student Union.

You can accept any amount of loan up to the maximum amount that you were offered. 3. Complete your Master Promissory Note on StudentAid.gov . 4. Complete your Entrance Loan Counseling on StudentAid.gov.

OUTSIDE SCHOLARSHIPS If you receive an outside, or non-UNK, scholarship, you will need to report it on your MyBLUE account so that the funds can be applied towards your UNK bill. To report an outside scholarship, log into your MyBLUE account, click on the “Financial Aid” tab, then click on the hyperlink on the right side of the screen that says, “Report Outside Scholarships.” Fill out the information requested and hit “Submit.”
