Board of Councilors 1 The Board of Councilors met during lunch and had the following to report. First, Robert Chugden, MD 2 was elected as Chair of the Board of Councilors and Nicholas Viviano, MD was elected Vice Chair. 3 Secondly, a brief update on the recent name change of the Shreveport Medical Society to the Northwest 4 Louisiana Medical Society. Lastly, the councilors discussed and approved a recommendation for a dues 5 refund from a member over hardship issues. The recommendation was discussed by the board and the 6 following motion was made:
