Participation in HELF is entirely your decision. If you choose to sign up, please know that: • You can select only the services that matter to you • You can cancel at any time, with a 28-day notice period. • We will conduct an annual review with you to ensure your selections continue to meet your needs and preferences. As we continue to enhance the quality of life here at Holmwood Aged Care, I want to take a moment to remind everyone about the exciting opportunities available under our new HELF services (Higher Everyday Living Fee). If you haven’t had the chance to review the details of our HELF program yet, we encourage you to do so! This initiative is designed to enrich the lives of our residents by offering a variety of engaging activities and personalised support tailored to individual needs and preferences. Why Review HELF? The HELF program introduces a range of new experiences aimed at fostering community connections, enhancing well-being, and promoting independence. From tailored fitness classes and creative workshops to social outings and personalised wellness plans, there’s something for everyone! Get Involved!
