Auditor’s Independence Declaration As lead auditor for the audits of the financial reports of Transurban Holdings Limited, Transurban Holding Trust and Transurban International Limited and lead auditor of the specified sustainability disclosures within the sustainability report for the year ended 30 June 2026, respectively, we each declare that, having regard to our responsibilities in relation to the respective audits of the financial reports and audit and review, as applicable, of the specified sustainability disclosures within the sustainability report (together, the “Engagements”), to the best of our knowledge and belief, there have been:
a) no contraventions of the auditor independence requirements of the Corporations Act 2001 in relation to the Engagements; and
b) no contraventions of any applicable code of professional conduct in relation to the Engagements.
