1. A portion of Short-Term Incentives awarded to eligible employees is deferred into stapled securities for two years following the performance year. In addition, Long Term Incentives are granted in the form of performance awards, which entitle the recipient to receive a stapled security subject to the achievement of vesting conditions. 2. Refer to Note B9 for further details of dividends and distributions provided for. Dividends and distributions were declared during the reporting and comparative period to the non- controlling interest partners in the Eastern Distributor and Transurban Queensland. 3. Under the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP), holders of stapled securities may elect to have all or part of their distribution entitlements satisfied by the issue of new stapled securities rather than by cash. The Board has determined that the DRP will not operate for the final FY26 distribution. The DRP applied for the final distribution for FY25 and the interim distribution for FY26, paid in August 2025 and February 2026, respectively. The DRP applied for the final distribution for FY24 and the interim distribution for FY25, paid in August 2024 and February 2025, respectively.
