B13 Borrowings (continued) Working capital facilities
• The Group's corporate facilities are secured by present and future assets and undertakings (with some exceptions) of Transurban Finance Company Pty Ltd, Transurban Collateral Security Pty Limited in its own capacity and as a trustee of Transurban Finance Trust, Transurban Holdings Limited, Transurban Holding Trust, Transurban International Limited and Transurban Limited (Group Security). • The Transurban Queensland Finance facility is secured by: (1) all present and future assets and undertakings of Transurban Queensland Finance Pty Ltd; Transurban Queensland Holdings 1 Pty Limited (TQH1); Transurban Queensland Holdings 2 Pty Limited (TQH2); Transurban Queensland Invest Pty Limited (TQ1) in its personal capacity and as a trustee of Transurban Queensland Invest Trust (TQIT); QM Assets Pty Ltd; and Queensland Motorways Holding Pty Limited; and (2) the shares in each of TQH1, TQH2 and TQI and the units in TQIT (TQ Security). Capital markets debt • The Group has a corporate secured EMTN programme with a limit of USD10 billion. Under the programme the Group may from time to time issue notes denominated in any currency. These notes are secured by the Group Security. • The Group's corporate US 144A notes are secured by the Group Security. • Transurban Queensland Finance has a secured AMTN programme with a limit of $2 billion. Notes issued under the programme are secured by the TQ Security. • Transurban Queensland Finance has a secured EMTN programme with a limit of USD2 billion. Under the programme, Transurban Queensland Finance may from time to time issue notes denominated in any currency. These notes are secured by the TQ Security. US private placement • The Transurban Queensland Finance US private placement facilities are secured by the TQ Security. Term debt • The Airport Motorway facility is secured by the present and future assets and undertakings of Airport Motorway Pty Limited and AMT Management Pty Limited (in its capacity as trustee of the Airport Motorway Trust), Airport Motorway Holdings Pty Limited and Airport Motorway Construction Company Pty Limited. • The Hills Motorway Trust facilities are secured by the present and future assets and undertakings of The Hills Motorway Limited, Hills Motorway Management Limited (in its capacity as trustee of the Hills Motorway Trust), and Hills Motorway Construction Company Pty Limited. • The Lane Cove Tunnel facility is secured by the present and future assets and undertakings of LCT-MRE Nominees Pty Limited (in its capacity as trustee of the LCT-MRE Trust and in its personal capacity), LCT-MRE Pty Limited, LCT-MRE Holdings Pty Limited and LCT-MRE No.1 Pty Limited (in its capacity as trustee of the LCT-MRE Holdings Trust and in its personal capacity). • The Cross City Tunnel facility is secured by the present and future assets and undertakings of Transurban CCT Pty Ltd, Transurban CCT Holdings Pty Ltd, Transurban CCT Nominees Pty Ltd (in its personal capacity and as trustee of the Transurban CCT Trust) and Transurban CCT No.1 Pty Ltd (in its personal capacity and as trustee of the Transurban CCT Holdings Trust). • The Transurban Queensland Finance facilities are secured by the TQ Security.
