Transurban FY26 Corporate Report Financial statements

Section D: Notes to the THT and TIL financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026

D15 Non-controlling interests—other Set out below is summarised financial information for each material subsidiary that has non-controlling interests that are material and external to THT and the total external NCI. The amounts disclosed for each subsidiary are before cross-staple eliminations. These subsidiaries that have non-controlling interests are subject to financing arrangements that restrict the transfer of cash and other assets within the Group. These restrictions principally arise from non-recourse debt and term debt facilities. The ability of these subsidiaries to distribute cash to the Group is subject to compliance with covenant requirements and other restrictions under their respective financing arrangements. Refer to Note B13 for further details of the associated financing arrangements and carrying amounts.
