Security holder information The security holder information set out below was applicable as at 6 July 2026. Distribution of stapled securities
Unquoted equity securities There were 3,730,480 unquoted performance awards on issue with 187 holders pursuant to Transurban Group’s Long Term Incentive Plan. On-market security acquisitions During FY26, 84,702 Transurban Group stapled securities were purchased on market at an average price of $14.36 per security for the purpose of a Transurban Group employee incentive scheme. There is no current on-market buy-back of Transurban Group stapled securities.
The total number of holders of stapled securities, which comprise one share in Transurban Holdings Limited, one share in Transurban International Limited and one unit in Transurban Holding Trust, was 110,914. The voting rights are one vote per stapled security. There
were 3,120,183,769 stapled securities on issue. The distribution of security holders was as follows:
