Directors’ declaration In accordance with a resolution of the directors of Transurban Holdings Limited, Transurban Infrastructure Management Limited (as the responsible entity of Transurban Holding Trust) and Transurban International Limited (collectively referred to as ‘the Directors’), the Directors declare that: In the opinion of the Directors, the Group has taken reasonable steps to ensure that the substantive provisions of the Sustainability Report (Climate Statements) are in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), including section 296C (compliance with sustainability standards, including the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standard AASB S2 Climate-related Disclosures) and section 296D (climate statement disclosures). Signed in accordance with a resolution of the Directors.
