Encouraging UK-German Youth Exchanges

Potential for youth worker exchanges In the initial stages of this research the resonance group identified the value of youth worker exchanges as a key enabler for creating UK-German youth exchanges. Building on this, youth worker survey participants were asked how interested they were in various different youth worker exchange topics (Graphs 5.6 and 5.7). Levels of interest were high in all topics and significantly 18 higher overall in the UK than in Germany.
