Fischer Commercial and Vidal/Wettenstein arrange $3.713 million office sale to KUBTEC
STAMFORD, CT Jeffrey Dunne, Da- vid Gavin and Travis Langer of CBRE’s National Retail Partners represented HBS Global Proper- ties LLC in the sale of 110 High Ridge Rd. The team also procured the buyer, 110 High Ridge Owner LLC. 110 High Ridge Rd. is a 153,416 s/f Whole Foods-anchored retail center situated at the crossroads of High Ridge and Long Ridge Rds., two major commuter arteries. The property was formerly a Lord & Taylor store and it is in the process of being repositioned into a multi- tenant retail center. Whole Foods opened in December 2024 and Saks OFF 5TH relocated to 110 High Ridge from the Stamford Town Center Mall in 2022. 110 High Ridge Rd. is surround- ed by residential neighborhoods with average household incomes exceeding $188,000 within five miles. Its accessibility from Long Ridge and High Ridge Rd. and the Merritt Pwky. enable it to draw from a wide trade area within Fair- field County and into Westchester County. TRUMBULL, CT Vikram and Preeti Bu- tani, owners of KUBTEC, high-end manufacturers of X-ray equipment for hospitals and universities, have purchased an existing building in the Trumbull Corporate Park for the purpose of repositioning it for the production of their product.
