Porta & Co. brokers Aomori lease at Reveler Dev.’s Hanover Works
PORTLAND, ME In partnership with Reveler Development, Aomori celebrated their grand opening on the ground floor of The Armature at 52 Hanover St. Aomori is a new restaurant from restaurateur Masahiko Miyake, his wife Chie- ko, their son Reo and his partner Helen Carter. The lease was brokered by Joe Porta of Porta & Company. “We have been working with the Miyake team for over a year to curate this unique concept and business model for this special facility at The Armature,” said Joe Porta, founder of Porta & Company. “Having known Masa DOVER, NH Cathartes has launched Perch Cowork, a 5,000 s/f, collab- orative workspace for local pro- fessionals, businesses, nonprofits and organizations at The Truette residential development in the Waterfront District. Expected to open in March 2026, Perch Cowork will be located on the Truette’s first floor. It will support the town’s growing hybrid workforce with a sophisticated yet approachable en- vironment to work independently or collaboratively without straying far from home.
