Amber Milot has worked in the engineering consulting business for almost 18 years. Beginning in February 2003, she served as the Controller overseeing the operations of the Accounting, Human Resources and Information Technology departments of her previous engineering firm, Ellis & Associates. Ellis was acquired by ECS in October 2015, at which time Ms. Milot was given the opportunity to expand on her role in the HR world by taking on the Recruiting Manager position. Her time serving in the leadership role of Controller gave her both the business and human background to successfully execute an expanded talent acquisition program.
