His expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, business development, financial management, engineering and leadership. With a strong background in both technical and operations environments, he has a unique understanding of project management, quality control and the ability to exceed client expectations.

As CSO of EIS Holdings LLC, Joe’s general areas of focus are strategy development and implementation, acquisitions, and quality. EIS Holdings, is an environmental services firm performing structural remediation, indoor air quality services, water remediation, soil remediation, demolition activities, and consulting services. For more than a decade, he has also acted as CEO of Snyder Environmental, an environmental remediation firm which specializes in commercial asbestos, lead paint, mold, select demolition, duct cleaning and soil remediation in the mid-south. Snyder’s license footprint includes Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Tennessee. Projects have been conducted fromWyoming to Nigeria, including Maritime environments. During my tenure the team grew more than 6 times in annual revenue and has been profitable every year. In 2019, Snyder merged with EIS Holdings which has facilitated tremendous growth opportunities for the entire Snyder team.
