For the backpack de- livery job, a number grid printout was utilized to check off the backpack numbers. Expected be- haviors and coping strategies on the job were taught as part of social skills and self-regulation. A visual choice board pro- moted self-regulation. The choice board provided a nonverbal way to self-express a break. It gave voice and choice for self- determination and promoted decision making about what self- regulation tools to use.
