Welcome to the Embry-Riddle family! It is an exciting time as your student joins our vibrant and dynamic community of learners, innovators and future leaders here at the Prescott Campus. With over 20 years of experience in higher education, I have the privilege of serving as the Dean of Students, fostering a sense of community among students, faculty, staff and families. Our campus values respect, collaboration and openness to new experiences. Each student brings unique qualities, and we strive to create a learning environment where everyone can thrive. While academics are paramount, we encourage students to get involved in extracurricular activities such as student organizations, academic teams and athletics. These activities enhance their education and strengthen their connection to our community. The Student Affairs team, including Student Engagement, Counseling Services, the Wellness Center, Housing and Residence Life and more — supports students’ leadership development, personal growth and overall wellness.
We are dedicated to supporting and advocating for your student by challenging and empowering them to grow into well-rounded professionals. We understand that this transition is significant for families as well. You are an essential part of your student’s success. We urge you to keep communication open with your Eagle, offering guidance while encouraging their independence. Please join us in our commitment to making Embry-Riddle a welcoming, inclusive space where students can succeed academically and personally. Together, we can make this an enriching and transformative experience for your student. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your student’s journey. Best, Lee Wilkerson DEAN OF STUDENTS
