procuring broker for the tenant in the transaction, while CBRE represented the landlord. KM Productions, an event production company special-
izing in concerts, festivals, weddings, corporate functions and international events, was seeking a class A warehouse and operations space with easy
access to Manhattan. Situated directly along the NJ Turnpike and within walking distance to Secaucus Junction, One County Rd. Distribution Center was
the perfect location.
